Dalt's Honda is not where we bought our vehicle or get it serviced. That being said I found the gentleman in the parts department kind, courteous & extremely helpful not to mention friendly! A truly rare occurrence in the service industry theses days. (I am in no way disparaging the dealership where we did get your vehicle). * Actually our vehicle wasn’t paid for at the time of that post & I knew we were going to continue to deal with the dealership in Huntsville. Also attempt to make a better deal to trade / buy our Honda Odyssey than the one we were currently in. ( our misunderstanding/fault) I tried not to say anything negative about the dealership in Huntsville. I simply paid $ to get out of the lease at the end & we take the van to Dalt’s Honda for anything we need now! The difference is like night & day! ( sorry Huntsville).
